Kekai Hauanio Paces Practice at Mid-Ohio

LEXINGTON, Ohio (June 21, 2024) – Kekai Hauanio (No. 29 N.E.Where Transportation / New’T Racing Ligier JS F4) was fastest in practice for the Ligier JS F4 Series (JS F4) at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on Friday. Pacing both practice sessions, the Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport driver held a half-second advantage during the morning practice session, but bettered the competition by just 0.004-seconds by the time the checkered flag waved in the afternoon session.

On Friday morning, Brad Majman (No. 95 Crosslink Kiwi Motorsport Ligier JS F4) worked to chase down his teammate, but with Hauanio recording a 1:27.466 lap, and Majman at a 1:28.019 lap, Hauanio was the class of the field. Teddy Musella (No. 25 Scuderia Buell Ligier JS F4), a two-time JS F4 winner, rounded out the top three.
