ORLANDO, Fla. (October 28, 2024) – DRIVER ANNOUNCEMENT – Leonardo Escorpioni will join Champagne Racing for the 2024 JS F4 Series season finale at Circuit of the Americas.
Escorpioni, from São Paulo, Brazil 🇧🇷, had the opportunity to drive go-karts for the first time alongside his father at just two years old. He has been deep into racing since then.
In 2022, Escorpioni began competing in national karting events such as SuperkartsUSA (SKUSA), ROK Cup, and United States Pro Kart Series (USPKS), with his best finish being second place at the SKUSA SuperNats in KA Junior, despite starting from 25th on the grid.
In 2023, he enjoyed multiple victories and podium finishes across various karting events and series, including SKUSA, the USPKS, and the Florida Winter Tour.
Most recently, Escorpioni spent 2024 racing in the USF Juniors with Zanella Racing, where he secured a second-place finish at VIR and finished ninth in the championship standings. He also placed fourth in the Yacademy Winter Series for USF Juniors, achieving one win at Sebring International Raceway and an additional podium finish.
Escorpioni will drive the #26 JS F4 car for Champagne Racing at this year’s COTA JS F4 Series season finale.
